STUDENT REGISTRATION- Following are items of information that sponsors need to bring with them when coming into the Kadena Elementary School Office to register their student:

• Birth Certificate (For students entering Sure Start, kindergarten, or 1^st grade.)
• Passport (2^nd - 6^th)
• Form 122.1 (This form can be obtained at the Immunization Clinic. Sponsors must take their child to the immunization clinic along with their shot record to be sure shots are current.)
• Shot Record
• Verification of Social Security Number

Once at the school, there is a packet of paperwork that needs to be completed as part of the registration process. This must be done before students can begin attending school.  Sponsors must have registration packets back to the office before 11:00 am so that the gaininig teacher can be notified.  If not, the student will not be able to start the following day, but the day after.

Tuition paying students must first go to the District Superintendent's Office to make payment before coming to the elementary school to register. Students should bring their receipt as proof of payment. The District Superintendent's Office can proved current tuition rates.
